As part of a series of projects for one of our clients who specialises in high-end, luxury homes this client provides discerning homeowners with exceptional design on sites which are chosen for exquisite views in up-market areas.
This site had a previous building on it, which was demolished and the site was rezoned for 15 double-story up-market homes.
Liber Civils was involved in four key development requirements for this build.
#1: Earthworks
The earthworks for this build included a complete level remodelling and compacting of the site ready for building.
#2: Drainage
With a carefully designed system of retaining walls and subsoil drainage solutions, the Liber Civils team installed a drainage system that will protect these homes from groundwater and stormwater damage.
#3: Services Reticulation
The Liber Civils team installed all of the underground systems that make a site successful. These included water, electricity, sewage, data and more.
#4: Road Network
The Liber Civils team constructed the road network within the complex. The road network ties into the water drainage system below ground to ensure that rainwater flows smoothly from the surface into the site drainage systems and then into the municipal systems.
The most complex part of this build was providing a structured network of services to 15 homes so that each home receives optimal service delivery.
