Who We Are

Liber Civils began over a generation ago when Francois, the owner and founder of Liber Civils, spent hours at his father’s brick-making company and property development projects. From a young age, Francois was exposed to exciting construction projects run by extremely professional and well-established development teams.

After studying accounting and completing his articles, Francois spent a very short period of time in an office environment before realizing that construction and property development was in his blood. Working with his father Francois paid his dues in the industry by working from grass roots level up, learning the ropes and quickly developing into managing projects.

In 2000 Francois decided to move to Gauteng and spread his wings. He started with residential projects and after several years grew into the commercial space specializing in civil and earth works.

Following a critical growth phase, a change in business philosophy, strategic restructuring and COVID lock down, Liber Civils came into its own and has grown in leaps and bounds. With a dedicated, passionate and highly experienced team, we work tirelessly to make your construction and civil dream a reality.
