This landmark project was completed for RR Property Group, which specialises in very exclusive property developments many of which are sold for over R30 million after completion.
This particular project is situated in one of the most exclusive and elite areas in South Africa. The site had some existing buildings on it which were demolished. The site was then rezoned into three different properties with high-end homes designed and custom-built.
The Liber Civil's work included preparing the ground and ensuring the roads and entrances for the properties were built to the highest standards. This included the full spectrum of civil engineering services such as underground reticulation systems, stormwater management and more.
The biggest challenge with this site was the confined space in which our team had to work. Managing an active building site with a great deal of earth removal while considering the elite neighbourhood in which the site was located required meticulous and careful planning.
These properties are beautifully designed with high specifications such as an eight car underground basement parking, an elevator that runs through the building and a roof-level terrace garden for entertainment.
